MINDFULNESS
CLASSES at YOUR Location. This course introduces the basic principles of mindfulness while exploring a variety of mindful practices through meditation, physical movement and breath work.
PSYCHOTHERAPY
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, families and groups. My office is conveniently located in downtown Fort Lauderdale. I also work remotely as a Talkspace therapist.
